Tower Meadows Home Owner Association Board is comprised of five residents of the subdivision. Board members volunteer their time to work with community members and 1 st American on general upkeep of the community and to explore additional means of continued community improvement.
Board members serve 1-3 year terms and are voted onto the board by community members at the annual HOA meeting held each November. The HOA board contracts with 1 st American Management Company to provide accounting services, bank statement and reconciliation reports, year-end reports required for federal and state tax returns. 1 st American also acts as the community’s liaison between residents and the HOA board members.
1 st American Management has an online portal that allows residents to pay quarterly HOA dues online and also to set up automatic quarterly payment. For more information email 1 st American.
